Definition of Test

The fifth step of Design Thinking aims at:

  • Presenting the solution prototype
  • Collecting feedback
  • Refining the solution

The “Test” stage in Design Thinking means:

  • Building another opportunity to gain empathy and learn about and engage with users.
  • Finding out if anything needs to be adjusted in the design process.

Going back in the design process and revising based on feedback and refining prototypes and solutions.

The “Test” stage can be managed through specific tools. Two of them are “Storytelling” and “Feedback capture grid”.
