It does not matter whether these persons are already experienced in the job market, fresh- ly finished school or even graduated college.
As the learning platform is very adaptive, it offers valuable learning to everyone!

BEST PRACTICE LEARNING PROJECTSIn the course of years, the presented learning projects have been developed and adapted to the different countries allowing for a well-researched learning process.
The main aspect of the learning concept can be found within the four learning projects Talent Diagnosis, Employment Radar, Founder Workshop and Expert Hearing each containing different learning sprints with a special thematical focus.
Experience how all of these results come together in the Personal Development Plan, where you can monitor your own goals as well as achievements.
MoreTHE COMMUNITY
MENTEES, MENTORS AND EXPERTSApart from the organisational roles, you will come across mentees, mentors and external experts working together with the platform.
However, these roles are not as binding and one might assume. While mentees have their own development and learning as their main goal, even mentors and expert can participate in learning sprints and work on self- learning modules in order to improve their skillset as well!
